Coco Before Chanel (Limited)

This is a really beautiful movie and I really love Audrey Tautou. You can read my review here.

Alessandro Nivola, Audrey Tautou - Coco Avant Chanel

Coco Before Chanel Synopsis: Audrey Tautou (THE DAVINCI CODE, AMELIE) plays the legendary "Coco" Chanel in an enthralling exploration of her early life before she rose to worldwide fame as the most celebrated fashion designer of the 20th Century. Ben Foster - Pandorum

Check out 5 clips from PANDORUM starring Dennis Quaid, Ben Foster, Norman Reedus, Cam Gigandet, and directed by Christian Alvart.

Pandorum Synopsis: In PANDORUM, Dennis Quaid (Vantage Point, The Express) and Ben Foster (3:10 to Yuma, Alpha Dog) join Cam Gigandet (Never Back Down, Twilight), Cung Le (Tekken, Fighting), newcomer Antje Traue, and director Christian Alvart (Antibodies) to tell the terrifying story of two crew members stranded on a spacecraft who quickly – and horrifically – realize they are not alone.
Two astronauts awaken in a hyper-sleep chamber aboard a seemingly abandoned spacecraft. It's pitch black, they are disoriented, and the only sound is a low rumble and creak from the belly of the ship. They can't remember anything: Who are they? What is their mission?
With Lt. Payton (Quaid) staying behind to guide him via radio transmitter, Cpl. Bower (Foster) ventures deep into the ship and begins to uncover a terrifying reality. Slowly the spacecraft's shocking, deadly secrets are revealed...and the astronauts find their own survival is more important than they could ever have imagined.

Pandorum will be released to theaters on September 25, 2009. Watch the 5 clips below. You should also watch the trailer, and there is still time to enter our Pandorum giveaway.

PANDORUM Motion Poster with Sound

Ben Foster - Pandorum

Check out this new motion poster from PANDORUM starring Dennis Quaid, Ben Foster, Norman Reedus, Cam Gigandet, and directed by Christian Alvart.

After the really creative posters (which you can see here and here) for the movie, the marketing department has gone even one step further by creating a motion poster with sound. Although I'm not a fan of the sound, the motion is pretty cool. It's only a matter of time until motion posters are the standard (actually I'm starting to see lots of them in malls).

Pandorum will be released nationwide on September 25, 2009. Check out the motion poster below.

Pandorum French poster

Check out the French poster for PANDORUM (thanks to The Tangent Universe) starring Dennis Quaid, Ben Foster, Norman Reedus, Cam Gigandet, and directed by Christian Alvart.

Even though this is the first poster on which we see the actors clearly, it unfortunately doesn't rival with the very creative US posters (which you can see here and here).

Pandorum will be released to theaters on September 4, 2009.

Pandorum Synopsis: In PANDORUM, Dennis Quaid (Vantage Point, The Express) and Ben Foster (3:10 to Yuma, Alpha Dog) join Cam Gigandet (Never Back Down, Twilight), Cung Le (Tekken, Fighting), newcomer Antje Traue, and director Christian Alvart (Antibodies) to tell the terrifying story of two crew members stranded on a spacecraft who quickly - and horrifically - realize they are not alone.

PANDORUM Comic Con 2009 Panel

This year at Comic Con 2009, we were treated to a panel for the new movie PANDORUM starring Dennis Quaid, Ben Foster, Norman Reedus, Cam Gigandet, newcomer Antje Traue and directed by Christian Alvart.

In addition to previewing an exclusive trailer, the cast and director answered a few questions. Nothing newsworthy. Mostly they were trying to build excitement for the movie. Personally, I wasn't convinced that there was anything original here. It sounds like Resident Evil in space and I am not a huge fan of Resident Evil to begin with so that's that.

Pandorum will be released to theaters on September 4, 2009.

Check out the exclusive Comic Con 2009 trailer that we were treated to more pictures from the panel below.

Ben Foster - Pandorum

Check out the trailer for PANDORUM starring Dennis Quaid, Ben Foster, Norman Reedus, Cam Gigandet, and directed by Christian Alvart.

I posted the first trailer for Pandorum back in March, but I think this new one looks even better. The concept in itself is pretty creepy. I mean these people are on their own in space, there is no one there to help them. I don't usually like the Resident Evil type of movie, but I am definitely considering seeing Pandorum.

Pandorum will be released to theaters on September 4, 2009. Watch the trailer below.

Pandorum Synopsis: From the creators of the Resident Evil film franchise comes Pandorum, a terrifying thriller in which two crew members wake up on an abandoned spacecraft with no idea who they are, how long they've been asleep, or what their mission is. The two soon discover they're actually not alone -- and the reality of their situation is more horrifying than they could have imagined.

This poster is at the same time awesome and pretty creepy. And in case you were wondering I think it's Ben Foster that we are seeing on the poster with those tubes coming out of him. Not sure how all of it is related to the movie, but it's definitely an effective poster.

You can watch the trailer for Pandorum here. The movie will be released on September 4, 2009.

By now a lot of you know horror movies are not my thing, but I have to admit that even I found that trailer really cool. Plus let's face it Ben Foster is great at everything he does.
