This movie has such a great cast, it's worth watching if only to watch their performances. I just hope the story lives up to their talent.
Centurion Synopsis: Britain, A.D. 117. Quintus Dias, the sole survivor of a Pictish raid on a Roman frontier fort, marches north with General Virilus' legendary Ninth Legion, under orders to wipe the Picts from the face of the Earth and destroy their leader, Gorlacon.

I've been hearing about this movie a lot and after watching the trailer I understand why. It looks like a really good movie, with some great actors.

CREEK To Get Limited Release on September 18, 2009

Update 2: The release date is confirmed. 'Creek' (now called 'Blood Creek') has a limited release on September 18, 2009. So thanks Diane again for all your help on this!!!
Update: I am getting conflicting information about the release date, so I'm going to investigate further. But just to be clear, the original information came from an email of Gold Circle Films to our source.
A couple of days ago, I posted a picture of Dominic Purcell in CREEK (which you can see above).
At the time I couldn't find a release date for the movie, but thanks to one of our readers, Diane L., it seems that Gold Circle Films will have a limited release for Creek on September 18, 2009. Mark your calendars!
Creek is directed by Joel Schumacher, and also stars Henry Cavill and Michael Fassbender.
