Synopsis: In 1958, as part of the dedication ceremony for a new elementary school, a group of students is asked to draw pictures to be stored in a time capsule. But one of the students, a mysterious girl who seems to hear whispered voices, fills her sheet of paper with rows of apparently random numbers instead.

Knowing stars Nicolas Cage, Rose Byrne, but they weren’t there to talk about the movie. This is probably the movie I am the least excited about from Comic Con. But I’m still going to see it, which is a testament to how good the movies at Comic Con were this year. More info on Knowing coming soon.

KNOWING (2009) – Movie Trailer

Plot: A teacher (Cage) opens a time capsule that has been dug up at his son’s elementary school; in it are some chilling predictions — some that have already occurred and others that are about to — that lead him to believe his family plays a role in the events that are about to unfold. Release Date: 20 March 2009
Thoughts: The concept sounds really intriguing and cool. The only thing I worry about is that the ending will just be a cop out. Still Nicolas Cage is always fun to watch, and so I will most likely be checking out Knowing next year when it comes out the theaters.
