Review: INKHEART (2009)

Plus the fact that I was anticipating everything that was happening didn’t help.
Of all the problems the movie had, the mere fact that Mo’s (Brendan Fraser) daughter, Meggie, had a British accent when he is obviously an American, that just made no sense (and it was never made clear whether they were in England), that was already a bad start. And it just didn’t get that much better. Don’t [...]

Brendan Fraser’s INKHEART Movie Trailer (2009)

The trailer for Brendan Fraser’s new movie, INKHEART, was just released and it looks pretty good.
Inkheart is based on the book of the same name by Cornelia Funke. While I haven’t read the book, I did read the script for Inkheart about two years ago when it was still in development. I liked it enough to actually buy the book, which is a good sign, but I didn’t like the script as much as The Golden Compass, which could be a bad thing seeing how that turned out. Definitely [...]
