IN BRUGES - A Must See Movie
Once in a while, you go and watch a film which you know virtually nothing about and that film ends up being one of the best movie you have seen all year. That's what IN BRUGES is.
When I went to see it this is what I knew about it: It's about two killers sent to Bruges after a job. And where is Bruges? Belgium. And boy was I in for a surprise.
First of all, Colin Farrell delivers what is probably one of his performances. Seriously, I barely recognized him, the character he portrays is so different from anything I have ever seen him. Now I am looking forward to his next film.
The story is very simple, but brilliant at the same time. I don't want to give much away because I think you will enjoy it so much more if you go in sort of "blind." But [...]
