Synopsis: The Seventh Seal follows the journey of a medieval knight (Max von Sydow) across a plague-ridden landscape, and a monumental game of chess between himself and the personification of Death, who has come to take his life.

Director: Ingmar Bergman
Recommendations: This is a classic definitely worth adding to your collection. And if this is your first time watching then I think you might recognize a few scenes that have been used in many parodies and as homages. I personally really love The Seventh Seal, and the story is really fascinating.

Jared Padalecki to star in FRIDAY THE 13TH remake
According to The Hollywood Reporter Jared Padalecki is in final negotiations to star in negotiations to star in "Friday the 13th" remake.
The remake will focus on the serial killer, who will wear his now-iconic hockey mask. Padalecki will play the lead, who investigates what happened up at Crystal Lake.
Friday the 13th is planned for a release on February 13, 2009.
