New DRAGONBALL EVOLUTION International Trailer (2009)

A new Japanese trailer for their Dragonball movie, which was renamed, DRAGONBALL EVOLUTION, has just been leaked.
Unfortunately, this trailer doesn't look much better than the first one. I am still struggling to see the real feel of Dragonball, so far it just looks like a generic superhero movie.
The saddest part is that there is still a part of me that wishes this movie to be good.
What do you fans of Dragonball say, are you excited by the trailer or do you think this movie should have never come to be?
Dragonball Evolution is scheduled to be released on April 3, 2009.

Watch the DRAGONBALL Teaser Movie Trailer, Holy Mess! (2009)
Now that the teaser trailer for DRAGONBALL has hit the internet, I guess there is no more hoping that it could be good. I will admit, I was one of the few who was trying to be positive about it, I thought the pictures didn't look that bad, some even looked pretty cool. But when the studio puts together a trailer as bad and cheesy as this one, how good can the movie really be?
This is so disappointing to me, as a fan of Dragonball, I almost feel like this teaser trailer is insulting. Did the people actually watch Dragonball before making this movie?
The worst part is that I really like most of the actors in the film. Alright, I'll stop ranting, and let you watch the trailer for yourself.
Dragonball comes out on April 3, 2009.
So is it just me or does the trailer for "Dragonball" look pretty bad?

DRAGONBALL Poster and Trailer Pictures
Would you check out the new DRAGONBALL poster featuring Bulma! I always have to remind myself that it's Emmy Rossum, I never recognize her, which I guess is a good sign.
In addition to the poster, dbthemovie.com has also landed their hands on pictures from the trailer (which is supposed to be released on October 17th). We finally get our first look at Lord Piccolo played by James Marsters (I had been waiting to see what he looked like every since I read he was cast in the film). We also see Yun-Fat Chow as Master Roshi, and more of Justin Chatwin as Goku.
I read a little bit around the web to gather reactions about the screenshots, and it seems that a few people are disappointed and now dissing the movie. But see here is my problem with that, I don't think you can really tell much about whether the movie will be good based on these photos. We don't really see much more than what had already been previously released.
DRAGONBALL New Movie Pictures (2009)
More DRAGONBALL pictures have been released at dbthemovie.com. In addition to Goku (Justin Chatwin ) and Bulma (Emmy Rossum, whom I didn't recognize by the way), we now also see Mai (Eriko Tamura) and Chi-Chi (Jamie Chung) below.
The movie will be released on April 10, 2009.
DRAGONBALL Movie Poster (2009)
Here comes another cool poster for DRAGONBALL the movie found on dbthemovie.com.

You know, this one actually does not look half bad. I would even say that I might be a little more excited about the movie now.
The release date for the movie is April 10, 2009.
What do you guys think?
DRAGONBALL - New Movie Pictures

Dragonball The Movie Website has some new scans from the live action movie, DRAGONBALL.
You know, I have to admit that so far I am not that impressed. Maybe it's because I haven't actually seen footage from the movie, but by looking at the pictures, I'm not sure they are really capturing Dragonball the way I thought they would.
Still, I am interested in seeing some footage and hopefully the pictures don't tell the full story. Plus I was really looking forward to seeing Justin Chatwin as Goku and James Marsters as Piccolo.
Check out more pictures below. You can also check out a teaser poster for Dragonball here.
Dragonball will be released on April 8, 2009.

DRAGONBALL (2009) - New Teaser Movie Poster

Buzzline has a new Teaser Poster from DRAGONBALL that was shown at The Licensing International Expo 2008 in New York.
If you ask me, it doesn't look really good. It actually looks more like a cheap film rather than a multi-million dollar movie.
I hope that they step up the marketing, because I was really looking forward to this movie.
The release date for Dragonball is April 8, 2009.
What do you think of the new teaser poster for Dragonball?
