The Twilight Saga: New Moon Synopsis: In the second installment of Stephenie Meyer's phenomenally successful Twilight series, the romance between mortal and vampire soars to a new level as Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) delves deeper into the mysteries of the supernatural world she yearns to become part of - only to find herself in greater peril than ever before.
Following Bella's ill-fated 18th birthday party, Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) and his family abandon the town of Forks, Washington, in an effort to protect her from the dangers inherent in their world. As the heartbroken Bella sleepwalks through her senior year of high school, numb and alone, she discovers Edward's image comes to her whenever she puts herself in jeopardy. Her desire to be with him at any cost leads her to take greater and greater risks.
With the help of her childhood friend Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner), Bella refurbishes an old motorbike to carry her on her adventures. Bella's frozen heart is gradually thawed by her budding relationship with Jacob, a member of the mysterious Quileute tribe, who has a supernatural secret of his own.
When a chance encounter brings Bella face to face with a former nemesis, only the intervention of a pack of supernaturally large wolves saves her from a grisly fate, and the encounter makes it frighteningly clear that Bella is still in grave danger. In a race against the clock, Bella learns the secret of the Quileutes and Edward's true motivation for leaving her. She also faces the prospect of a potentially deadly reunion with her beloved that is a far cry from the one she'd hoped for.

THE RUNAWAYS Movie Set Pictures with Kristen Stewart & Dakota Fanning

I am really liking their new look, I think it sets the tone for the movie. This has definitely got me intrigued to see the movie.
The Runaways is a coming-of-age biopic about the '70s teenage band The Runaways (obviously).

Dakota Fanning Cast as Jane in Twilight's Sequel NEW MOON
It's official, Dakota Fanning has been cast as Jane in the next TWILIGHT movies. She will first appear in NEW MOON.
According to Twilight Lexicon, subscribers of TwilightTheMovie.com received an email confirming the casting news.
For those of you who haven't read the novel, Jane is part of an organized coven of vampires called the Volturi. Since I don't want to spoil too much about it, I'll write more details about the character at the end of the post, read at your own risk. I'll say this though, she is a pretty badass vampire.
As for Dakota Fanning's casting, well she is definitely not what I pictured for the character of Jane, so I'm curious to see if she can actually pull it off. I'm thinking the blue eyes might help if she's able to master the cold stare.
So Twilight fans what do you say? Is Dakota Fanning the right casting for Jane? If not, who would have been your pick?

Jane is a sadistic guard of the Volturi. She likes to inflict mental pain with her power. Jane has a twin brother named Alec, who is even more powerful than her. He as the ability to cut off a person's senses. That means he can make them blind, deaf or cut off from any other type of feeling he wishes to. His power appears as a sort of mist that engulfs people.

CORALINE Review (2009)

On Friday, I finally decided to go and see the stop-motion film, CORALINE.
Coraline is based on Neil Gaiman's book of the same name, about a girl who walks through a secret door in her new house and discovers an alternate and better version of her world and parents. Unfortunately, everything is not as it seems, and Coraline must find a way to escape this alternate world and her Other Mother, who wants to keep her there forever.
Coraline features the voices of Dakota Fanning, Terry Hatcher, Jennifer Saunders, Dawn French, and is directed and written by Henry Selick.
