The fear many of us had when it was announced Jim Carrey would play Ebenezer Scrooge and other parts in Robert Zemeckis' adaptation of A Christmas Carol was that Carrey's clowning would turn the story into a goofy farce. In true St Trinian style the girls are in a league of their own; smart, fearless and determined to defend the school they love to the end. They need to unite the warring girl gang cliques and come up with the cash fast to save the school.

I read the book, "The Picture of Dorian Gray," when I was in school and remember liking it. But unfortunately, judging from the Dorian Gray trailer, I'm not sure they did justice to the story. Although I do like Colin Firth.

When a portrait of Dorian is unveiled, such is it's beauty that he makes a pledge: he would give anything to stay as he is in the picture - even his soul.

I always liked the story of Dorian Gray. While I am not sure about Ben Barnes in the lead role, I am willing to give it a shot.

This is the first clip released from the movie and all I can say is wow, this looks incredible. The visual effects for the movie are taking animation to a whole new level. The details of the face of Scrooge are beautiful. I couldn't believe my eyes.
I honestly wasn't too excited about this movie, but after seeing this clip, I cannot wait for the movie to come out.
