I've wanted to see this ever since seeing a few clips at Comic Con. So it's on my schedule this weekend.
9 Synopsis: 9 takes place in a world parallel to our own, in which the very legacy of humanity is threatened. A group of sapient rag dolls, living a post-apocalyptic existence find one of their own, 9 (Elijah Wood), who displays leadership qualities that may help them to survive.
AMREEKA Movie Pictures
AMREEKA was a movie in Competition at Sundance this year.
It all comes down to the story of Amreeka for me, because I haven't seen a trailer yet. It's hard to tell if it sounds like something I would want to watch, but I am definitely interested in seeing more.
Synopsis: When a divorced Palestinian woman and her teenage son move to rural Illinois, they find their new lives replete with challenges.
