By now you all know that I am a big fan of Alex O'Loughlin, so any excuse to put pictures of his latest movie is a good one. Plus they actually look really good. And I also enjoy watching Jennifer Lopez, especially in romantic comedies. So The Back-Up Plan is definitely a movie I'm looking forward to.
The Back-Up Plan Synopsis: After years of dating, Zoe (Jennifer Lopez) has decided waiting for the right one is taking too long. Determined to become a mother, she commits to a plan, makes an appointment and decides to go it alone. On the day of her artificial insemination, Zoe meets Stan (Alex O'Loughlin) – a man with real possibilities.
Trying to nurture a budding relationship and hide the early signs of pregnancy becomes a comedy of errors for Zoe and creates confusing signals for Stan. When Zoe nervously reveals the reason for her unpredictable behavior, Stan commits fully and says he's in. Never before has love seen a courtship where a wild night of sex involves three in a bed – Stan, Zoe and the ever-present massive pregnancy pillow. Or, where "date night" consists of being the "focal point" at a near-stranger's water birth which does for kiddie pools what "Jaws" did for swimming in the ocean. The real pregnancy test comes when both of them realize they really don't know each other outside of hormonal chaos and birth preparations. With the nine month clock ticking, both begin to experience cold feet. Anyone can fall in love, get married and have a baby but doing it backwards in hyper-drive could be proof positive that they were made for each other.

The Top 10 Actors I Would Watch In Any Movie
I was recently looking at a list of upcoming movies, and as I got excited to see some of them, I realized that seeing the name of some actors will make me want to watch a movie. I thought this might be an interesting insight as to why I am excited or choose to watch some films.
And so I decided to put together a list of the Top 10 actors that will get me to the movie theater by simply being in a film. Check them out below in no specific order.
James McAvoy
I first saw James McAvoy in "The Last King of Scotland" and was so blown away by his strong performance that I started looking for some more films he had starred in. He just gives amazing performances in every single one, that now knowing he is in a movie pretty much guarantees I'm going to see it. The next step for him is getting an Oscar at this point.

We poster the teaser back in June, and it feels like this trailer doesn't show much more if I'm not mistaken.
I haven't read the comic book yet, but I am kind of interested in seeing the movie. I don't expect it to blow me away, but why not.
There is one thing that keeps bugging me though. Alex O'Loughlin is supposed to be in the movie, but so far I haven't seen a picture of him or seen him in the trailer for that matter, which makes me really curious as to what character he is playing.

In some of the pictures below, we can see Jennifer Lopez with what seems like a pregnant belly.
Some of you might know what a big fan of Alex O'Loughlin I am (and no it didn't start with 'Moonlight,' but before that, although I was a huge fan of the show as well), and so I'm definitely looking forward to checking out The Back-Up Plan. From the looks of it, I would say that it's going to be a typical romantic comedy, I just hope it's a good one.

Although I am comic book fan, I haven't had a chance to read WHITEOUT although I have heard good things about it. The movie looks suspenseful enough so definitely worth a look. I just hope that Gabriel Macht will redeem himself for the ridiculousness that was THE SPIRIT.

Our favorite vampire, Alex O'Loughlin from CBS' Moonlight is in negotiations to star in the movie, THE BACK-UP PLAN as the main character opposite Jennifer Lopez.
The Back-Up Plan centers on a single woman (Jennifer Lopez) who decides to get an artificial insemination only to meet the man of her dreams on the same day that her pregnancy test comes back positive.
Alan Paul will be directing the movie.
Now I don't know about you, but if Alex O'Loughlin is in the movie, then I don't care about anything else, I'm going to be watching it.
