TRON LEGACY Comic Con 2009 Panel

The TRON Comic Con 2009 Panel was pretty cool and revealed a lot of different new details about the movie.

Here are a few of the juicy tidbits that we got from the panel:

- The movie will be named TRON LEGACY

- Daft Punk is doing the music and will probably have a concert too.

- He also demonstrated loop kicking in slow motion by an athlete, which will be central in the disc fighting. (That is some really cool stuff)

- Jeff Bridges is going to be the father of the main character.

- A clip of the movie was shown. Think of a motorcycle race but this time where speed is badass and where accidents are captured in extremely vivid slow-motion.

- The director Joseph Kosinski presented concept art of which you can see a few below and more in the gallery.

Overall, it was an interesting panel although I am not 100% sure on whether the movie will turn out to be really really great or just really really cheesy. They are threading the line here.
