Check out LARS AND THE REAL GIRL (2007)

LARS AND THE REAL GIRL is about Lars Lindstrom (Ryan Gosling), an loveable introvert, who invites Bianca, a friend he met on the internet to visit him. He introduces his new friend to his Brother Gus (Paul Schneider) and his wife Karen (Emily Mortimer). Both of them are left speechless when they realize Bianca is a life-size doll, the problem is, Lars treats her as though she was real.

Now that looks like my type of movie, plus the trailer looks really good. I am even more excited because Ryan Gosling (one of the greatest actors of his generation) stars in the film. I cannot wait.
