THE BOURNE ULTIMATUM (2007) or the movie you need to see...

How awesome was this movie? I didn't want to go at first, but was sort of convinced. The reason I wasn't too excited about THE BOURNE ULTIMATUM was because I didn't really like the second Bourne movie, I thought it didn't capture the "magic" of "The Bourne Identity," so why put myself through a third one that would probably not be any better than the second? How wrong was I. The Bourne Ultimatum not only surpasses The Bourne Supremacy, it is as good as The Bourne Identity, I finally remember why I loved it in the first place. I want to see it again.

Matt Damon was brilliant as Jason Bourne and once again proved why we love the character so much. I was also very much impressed by Julia Stiles who reprised her role as Nicky Parsons. She had some qualities in this movie that she didn't really have in the other Bourne Movies. I felt compelled to watch her.

As for the story, I felt so satisfied by it, it reminded me why I love movies so much. I was getting tired of blockbuster movies without a compelling story. Doesn't it seem that sometimes they put together a story and just shoot the movie without asking themselves if the story makes any sense? After that I am just left with a million questions about things that didn't make sense or weren't explained, I hate it. Well, not The Bourne Utlimatum, I came out of there with maybe one question, and it wasn't even a major one, it was so satisfying.

The Bourne Ultimatum is an action-packed movie that will leave you on the edge of your seat.
All I can say now is if they do a fourth Bourne film, they have my ticket.
